CompareWindowFilms.com is operated by PROLAYERS INC (“ProLayers”, “we”, “us”). The site launches at the WFCT Window Film Conference in San Antonio, 27 to 29 August 2026, where you can also find us at booth 410.

The site invites window film dealers and installers to request early access to a private comparison of dealer programs. That comparison sets out how the products and program terms you buy today measure against what ProLayers offers. We prepare it for you individually, using the answers you give on the sign-up form.

By submitting the form you accept these terms.

2Who this is for

The comparison is for businesses that sell, install or specify window film, paint protection film and related products. When you sign up you confirm that you are requesting it for your own business.

You also confirm that you are not acting for, employed by, or compensated by a competitor of ProLayers in connection with your request. If you are unsure whether that describes you, write to us at info@prolayers.com before signing up and we will tell you plainly.

3Competitors and permitted use

For these terms, a competitor means any business that manufactures, imports, distributes or wholesales window film, paint protection film or comparable products, and anyone acting on such a business’s behalf.

What we show you is prepared so that you can make a decision about your own business. That is the only thing it is for.

If you are a competitor and you sign up anyway, you should understand what that means. You are still bound by this section, and the confirmation you tick on the form is a statement you have made to us about who you are and what you will do with what you receive.

We may decline any request, withdraw access, or stop preparing a comparison, at our discretion and without giving reasons.

4Keeping program terms private

Your comparison may include pricing, margins, territory arrangements, warranty coverage and other commercial terms that we do not publish. Treat all of it as confidential.

You may share it inside your own business with people who need it to make the decision. Please do not pass it outside your business without asking us first.

This section continues to apply after you stop dealing with us.

5How we will contact you

When you sign up you agree that we may contact you about your request. That covers confirming your sign-up, asking anything we need in order to prepare your comparison, sending you the comparison, and following up on it.

These messages are part of the service you asked for, so they are not marketing and they are not something you opt into separately. If you would rather we stopped altogether, tell us and we will close your request.

6Email and text messaging

The sign-up form has a separate, optional tick for marketing email and text messages. It is optional in the real sense: leaving it unticked does not affect your comparison or anything else you receive from us.

If you do tick it, you agree to receive email and text messages from PROLAYERS INC about products, dealer programs and related news. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP, or contact us using the details below. You can stop marketing email by telling us at info@prolayers.com.

Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of receiving your comparison.

7Your information

We ask for business details because the comparison is built from them. The more complete your answers, the more accurate the result.

What we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it are set out in our Privacy Policy. A short summary of what this particular form collects is on our privacy notice.

In short: your information is used to prepare your comparison and to support you. It is not sold or rented, and it is not given to anyone outside ProLayers for their own marketing.

8Accuracy and no offer

We prepare each comparison carefully and in good faith, using the information you give us and information available to us at the time. Figures and terms may change, and any comparison reflects a moment rather than a promise.

A comparison is provided for information. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a contract, and it does not create a dealership, distributorship or exclusive territory. Any supply arrangement between us would be set out in a separate written agreement.

Early access is offered as it stands. We do not guarantee that the site, the comparison or any timescale will be uninterrupted or error free.

9Brand names

The sign-up form lists brand names so that you can tell us what you carry today. Those names and trade marks belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify products, and their appearance here does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the revised version appears on this page with a new effective date. The version in force is the one published when you submit the form.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts serving Harris County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
